Michael and I stayed on the boat
all day. Instead of sailing on the bay
we smoked and drank and ate up on
the pier at the crab house.

We came up with an idea for an animated
short called "Who is Julio Moth" In our story
Julio is the predecessor of Julia Butterfly.
A male antagonist whose eco battle is more
like an ego battle. There is more to the story
but it certainly bears the need for flushing out.

The Julio Moth story is an animated piece
done as an overlay over the beauty of the
redwood forests. As I mentioned, Julio is no
saint. Perhaps his alter ego is even vicious and
evil to the touch. This polarized creation of a
character is inspired by turning Julia Butterfly
inside out.
